10 ML Amaro Montenegro
1 Bar spoon of Irish blackcurrant jam
10 ML Fresh lemon juice
1 Dash of Peychaud’s Bitters
1 dash of orange bitters
Place all ingredients in a shaker and fill it with ice. Seal it and shake hard for 20 seconds. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.
