Fresh herb and citrus fuse seamlessly with the silkiness of Kalak in this cooling quencher
50 ML Kalak Vodka
50 ML Fresh grapefruit juice
6 Tarragon leaves
1 Bar spoon of sugar
Muddle the tarragon in a shaker with the grapefruit juice and sugar until the sugar has combined. Add in the Kalak and lots of ice. Seal and shake hard for ten seconds. Fine strain into a chilled glass. Add a dash of sparkling mineral water.
